How do I know what shipping option to choose?
As a small business we currently only service Brisbane metro suburbs and some greater region Brisbane areas.
If your suburb is not listed at the checkout, please get in touch here or email us at email@example.com and it is possible we can make an arrangement for you.
Can I specify a delivery time?
If you have a certain time you are requiring your delivery please leave a comment in delivery instructions on the ordering page and every effort will be made to accommodate.
What if I'm not happy with my flowers?
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do! However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please get in touch here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any queries or concerns.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases but are happy to exchange your purchase or give you a credit as long as the exchange is claimed within 7 days of date of purchase.
How is COVID-19 changing things?
With the world the way it is, we will only be doing contactless (knock and leave) delivery when being delivered to residential addresses.
During this period we can't guarantee a lot right now, but we can guarantee that the your bunch will be made up using the freshest ingredients!
